TO MAKE A RESERVATION:
*This is a hands-on class. A reservation is required as there are only 15 seats available at each Workshop. You can register either online or with the printed Registration Form, but to insure a seat we must receive your registration prior to the Workshop. For information or to notify us of your registration, contact Kris.
STEP 1: Fill out our ONLINE RESERVATION FORM OR print and mail this REGISTRATION FORM. We must receive your registration in advance or we cannot guarantee a space!! Don't delay!
STEP 2: Pay $45/48 per person per Workshop for one, two or all three Workshops (see below).
Two ways to Pay:
Mail a check (made out to "NTBC IAAP") for $45/workshop AND a completed Registration Form to: Kris Eadie, 3317 Norman Lane, Bedford, TX 76021. You may scan and email the registration form to Kris, then mail or bring your check to the Workshop to insure a seat. Questions, call Kris at 817-228-5355.
OR
Use a Credit Card - $48 per workshop. Click below to submit payment via PayPal for one, two or all three workshops.
STEP 3: See you at the workshop!
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
Seating is limited! A full refund will be given for cancellations via email to Kris up to one week prior to Workshop date. No partial refunds will be given. Substitutions are accepted! A waiting list will be kept in case of cancellations. Please let Kris know if you want to be put on the waiting list.
